Two weekends ago we had our first dose of some beautiful spring weather! We decided to tackle the yard, and boy did we tackle it! We spent 8 hours outside... pulling weeds, cleaning out the beds, potting plants, picking up after the dogs, and mowing the yard. Bob even built our first compost bin! Bridgette LOVED helping us in the backyard. She would take the empty plastic pots and move dirt around, rearrange plants, and rake in the yard. She was one busy bee! And Aiden enjoyed the fresh air from his exersaucer and the pack n'play. Now that the weather is getting nicer, we want to take advantage of our yard and let the kids run around. Our next project will be building the kids tree house - we are working on the plans now! :) Here's our little helper in action:

So cute!! It's so amazing how our kids can be so much like us. Bridgette is already a landscape designer like her mommy! LOVE the new header. Send B down our way to help Auds and I plant next weekend! :)
